Michele Saito joined DTRIC Insurance in 2014 and brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She was previously with Farmers Insurance Hawaii (formerly AIG Hawaii) where she rose through the ranks from an accounting manager, to Chief Operating Officer, and later President.
Executive Vice President/Chief Administrative and Financial Officer
Ann Nakagawa leads the accounting and financial operations of DTRIC Insurance as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative and Financial Officer. She has more than 25 years of insurance experience in Hawaii.
Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer
Wenli Lin joined DTRIC Insurance as Chief Marketing Officer in 2019, managing the company’s marketing efforts including branding, market research, advertising, public relations, digital communications, and community relations initiatives.
Vice President/Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Cheryl Ma is responsible for company policies in all aspects of employment, compensation and benefits. She facilitates the development of managers, conducts company training, and implements employment-related policies.
Vice President/Chief Claims Officer
Michael Mishima has been with DTRIC Insurance since its inception in 1992 and was an integral part of the team that established the company’s claims department. He was named Vice President and Chief Claims Officer in 2013 and is responsible for the oversight of the company’s claims operations, including handling of claims and losses for personal auto, homeowners, workers compensation, commercial general liability, property, and business auto.

As Vice President of Agency Relations, Martha Nobriga strengthens DTRIC Insurance’s connections within the community. She is a veteran in Hawaii’s insurance industry with over 40 years of experience.
Vice President/Personal Lines
As Vice President of Personal Lines, Dennis Rae is responsible for DTRIC Insurance’s personal underwriting and servicing departments and managing the customer contact center. Since joining the company in 2015, he has been an integral part of initiatives on growth and profitability.
