We’ve never had a problem with DTRIC. DTRIC was and has always been on point, and I would, and will let my family know of their excellent service. I’ll also let my friends know about DTRIC.
Excellent Customer Service
The Sales and Service, Homeowners Representatives Mahealani, Ryan, and Keenan provided excellent customer service with my auto, homeowners, and hurricane premium payments. They should be complimented for their excellent customer service. They are assets to DTRIC; take care of them since I’ll refer others to these three.
Courteous and Clear
Sheryl was always courteous and clear. She responded to my emails and phone messages quickly. Both Sheryl and the auto body shop did the best they could given the delays.

The person who assisted me (Andrew) was very helpful and courteous and understanding. He provided explanations and checked further into my billing issue. I was very pleased with the result which ended in a decrease in my bill.

Eric was wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, courteous!! He helped me to renew my mileage discount, which I really needed as I am retired and collecting social security. He forgave me the paperwork that I would have had to search for. His kind personality really touched me. He deserves a big bonus!
Derek looked up my account for information before assisting me. He answered the phone with a smile, efficient, and you can tell he cares about his customer. I am in customer service and have been with DTRIC for many years and by far my his was my best service Derek and I must say prior to this a few weeks ago with Keenan as well.

Exceptional Customer Service
I would like to take this opportunity to recognize Krystin for always providing me with exceptional Customer Service for the past few months. Throughout my years of being a HR Manager and working with many insurance representatives/adjusters, Krystin by far has gone above and beyond with her professionalism and expertise. Her follow through with my requests/inquiries have been accurate and timely. She understands our goal of wanting to do the right thing, and not an employer vs. employee attitude.
My employees who were recently serviced by Krystin have also expressed how easy and pleasant she is to work with, especially when situations can be stressful due to their injuries. They know that she is fair and will take all determining factors to conclude to a decision on their claim.

My Customer Service person, Keenan, is a great asset to DTRIC. He was very patient and informative in helping me with my questions.
